I checked their demographics and it comes out to about 12,000 Hispanics, 8500 blacks, and 2500 Indians.

And I’d guess 70% were already eligible by age, profession or conditions
I don’t mind programs targeting POC for some things but this is not the right spot. Hell, do neighborhoods if having a hard time reaching some groups. But straight “non-white” is a bit much
