Outside of very infrequent deep frying, I just use butter for cooking. Pretty hard to beat plain old butter.

People who eat a lot of fast and/or processed foods. shite is in all kinds of stuff and it doesn't take too much to make up a huge percentage of your calories.

You might be right, but 25% sounds like something that normal people don't consume.

Olive oil, palm oil, coconut oil, avocado oil.
