On a 2500 calorie diet that is more than 5 tbsp of vegetable oil per day.

This should be filed under non-surprising news.

That's why I'm not a rat and vegetable oil only makes up 24% of my diet, strictly, no exceptions.

I just had a BLT for dinner and it had close to a pound of bacon on it. Now I’m flying the couch about 30,000 feet.

Virgin coconut oil, lard, ghee. None of those are processed. Olive oil is fine for sauteing.
