Funny thing about Santa Monica is a long time ago they had far worse homelessness than anywhere else in LA. Santa Monica was the epicenter of California homelessness.

I can assure is not anyone that "lives" in Santa Monica is not making these attacks.
Now the homeless that line the streets, that's a different story.
