Campus Reform
This has to be the stupidest cancellation yet. Notice how the article doesn't say what word he is saying. He is saying nage/naige which means that/that one in Mandarin. What in the actual frick? I know we have idiots coming on here every 4 months or so thinking a Chinese person said a racial slur to them since "that" is one of the top 10 most used words in Chinese, but this is ridiculous for a university to do this. The lunatics have taken over the asylum.

They don't use racial slurs in every other sentence though.

I guess anyone that says black in Spanish needs to be canceled too.
There are seriously some stupid arse people in this world that don’t realize some people speak other languages.

It's number 1, and it's not close. Sometimes they'll rattle off 10 in a row. It's used as "um" (i.e. a filler word), except they'll keep repeating it instead of drawing it out like we tend to do in English.
Also, in the English Speaking countries, effort is placed to train kids to NOT use filler words when speaking. No such effort takes place in China, so even high level business meetings take place with nothing but a bunch of "nie ge"'s being spoken back and forth.
Dui (dway) is another really common one, but it's got nothing in nie ge.

I bet most these SJWs don't realize that many languages are actually gendered, which they'd have a god damn heart attack trying to go through all those words and replacing all the As and Os with Xs.

Yeah, both of those were in my Top 5 most spoken words in Mandarin for sure.

You sure? Better be safe than sorry. We must cancel China to prevent racism.

Holy shite. I'm seriously considering steering my child away from college.
