If I don't know what is happening I'm not comfortable with a PA.

If I am just reloading a script or dealing with a recurring issue I am good with a PA.

While the pay part is true, depending on where you are.. the market is saturated with people out of school

I haven’t gotten a raise since 2016... such garbage .

Some Days it sucks but some days It’s not that bad . Like most anything else .

I always say it’s like Pawn Stars... in the intro when Rick says “ you never know what is gonna walk through the door “

It’s like that.. someone could be super constipated or someone else could have a yeast infection or someone has the crud .. you never know what someone is gonna come up and ask .

Shocked that environmental and civil engineer is above chem e.

Plant Chem E's can work 40-45 hours a week (off turn around) and can be making over 100k with top tier benefits with only a few years experience.

A gynecologist’s wife one told me, after I made a joke about them all looking the same, “they don’t all smell the same.”

No wonder statistician is ranked so high. They get to compile worthless lists like this all day and not doing anything of value.

Don’t see teacher on this list. If it was so good and easy like OT says it would be there

Curious if she is working so much how can she observe that she is working more than the doctor?

It obviously depends on each individual situation but I wouldn’t say this is the majority for the field.
