Urban Youths attack vehicle in NYC - broad daylight

Wow. Middle of the day in NYC. Not a policeman in sight. How does this happen?
Do you drive over people at some point? Or start shooting? I would have driven forward slowly to clear the area but once they start trying to come in the car through the windshield and side window all bets are off. It is run people over and start shooting at that point.

Is this the gang war going on in Brooklyn between the Woos and the Chos or whatever 
have y'all seen the white kid from staton island who has been ig beefing with one of the gangs and the other gang he "claims" is egging it on and bringing him to the hood I guess he gets a pass on a certain no-no word.
