re: Is anyone invested in OSS?

I think he’s done 5 this year? One was speculative and a bust. One got acquired. New one today. There’s also a network of other traders you can follow if you like their style. Some are too high velocity for me. Stock Talk’s buy and hold strategy works well.

I don’t have the time to do deep research on multiple sectors, chart analysis, and everything else to get these outsized winners. I’ll pay my fee, turn on notifications and see what he has to say

vague posting is awful. another protip: go into settings and mute the siren emoji, so you don't see those posts anymore.

I thought I read some of Bridgeland is getting a little ghetto? I've never been so take that with a grain of salt. Thought it was nice but there is a ton of new development going up all over that area so things could change long term. Tomball ISD would be a solid choice, likely no MUD taxes, moderately close to family. Getting downtown would be tough.

In a similar situation as you but lower assets/higher comp. Currently rent and finding it difficult to imagine doubling my housing costs and wife staying at home in 2-3 years.

I like Fitness Culture. They have two programs for women.

Video instruction in the app, tracks what weights you use, can scale 30/60/90 mins depending on how much time you have that day.

I've yet to see one of their programs 'run out', so you don't have to find another program every 12 weeks.
Seems like you'll hit 140k in 2.5 years, maybe 3. Plus depreciation...but after a quick search I'm shocked that 2015-2019 Raptors with 130k+ miles listed for 30k+.

Ford offering 0% on non-Raptors...

How did you find tesa? My visceral number on an InBody test is toward the high end of the range. I've been on cjc 1295 + ipa blend for about 3 weeks. Started it as I began lifting again after a 5 months hiatus. Really noticed lack of soreness after the first few days.

I'm over it. It's actually somewhat addicting. If you put any effort into finding the right supplier, you start to worry less. Of course, anything can happen but it's mostly copacetic.

Buddy, where do you live? $1,500 per kid is easily the norm for full time daycare. Some exceed $2,000.
