I’m terrible at recognizing AI, but I’m with those saying that this is AI. Not only the numbers on the shirt of the girl on the right, but the position of the doll itself. If the string is indeed around the doll’s neck, and they are walking, physics doesn’t allow for the doll to be at that angle. The head would have to be forward/leading.
