Knowing what we know about him, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if this was a set up BY him. Doubt perp will ever be fingered either.

I guess that depends on if there is a gay journalist willing to give him some drugs first.

I think you missed the part where I said he's a POS and obviously a problem.

But it goes well beyond that. I have friends in the DAs office in both JP and NOLA, and friends that do defense.

They all say the same thing: its the Judges. They are consistently a problem and horribly soft on criminals, especially at the Juvie level. Even when the DAs office prosecutes the Judges frick them.

And NOLA just elected a terrible one that literally ran on Cannizarro's office being the "dark days" and that we shouldn't be sending people to jail. A judge.

I thought the Saints kneeling for the Flag and Anthem would have stopped this...

Unless something has changed recently (very possible), Metairie is cheaper than lakeview.

Williams says the suspects were not able to get very far, because he kept the key fob in his pocket.

Fox 8 caught up with an emotional Williams at his office Tuesday just before noon. He said the masked suspects did not appear to be juveniles, had automatic, high-powered firearms, and made off with some of his mother’s belongings.

quote:

Police said the same two suspects carjacked a 22-year-old woman 30 minutes later just over half a mile away in the 1800 block of Baronne Street. Her Honda Civic was also recovered.

Williams’ office will recuse itself from prosecuting the case and it will be referred to the attorney general’s office.

It's a shame he didn't get pistol whipped.

So the AG’s office will actually seek justice and enforce the law unlike what the DA would have done in this situation. How convenient for an “emotional” Williams.

I mean he’s not stupid. Doesn’t take a genius to figure it out especially if he has security cameras that recorded the entire thing
