The big thing is if he will do 14 days or 21 days between phases 2 & 3

he will 100% do 21 days because of "gatherings on the gulf coast".

But we will move to Phase 2.

Looking at todays numbers if he doesn't move to phase 2, which we SHOULD already be in, he's a lost cause and so is this state.

I mean thousands of people can gather in New Orleans, Shreveport, and Baton Rouge, the least he could do is open back up bars

Would not surprise me, that would put us 2 weeks past the 4th of July.

He will say it’s okay to go into phase 2, but will impose a curfew from dusk to dawn for 2 weeks in lieu of riots all over the country.

Too many people getting close to each other. Rolling back to phase one until we can be more responsible.

I happened to speak to two different CEOs this weekend, both of whom run well-known Louisiana companies, both of whom are politically connected.

One said absolutely we are entering Phase 2 on Friday, based on information he has heard.

one said absolutely, we are NOT entering Phase 2 on Friday, we will be extending Phase 1 for 2 more weeks, based on information he has heard.

Either one is full of shite, or one is a CEO not in Orleans parish and the other is a CEO in Orleans parish

If so, they are both right.....

There's a bar/grill near my house that has been doing takeout meals.

I ordered from there last night. It was open. The bar was packed. Full of people smoking.

Bars are not supposed to be open yet, unless they are part of a restaurant, and if they are part of a restaurant, there is no smoking.

We are at the "blantant not caring" point of this shutdown. Time to just open it all up officially.

I went to a bar last week that had a LDH licence. They have a kitchen but dont use it.

They said they got clearance to open. There were people sitting about smoking and drinking like it was business as usual.

It’s good to see that these places are opening and saying screw off to the haters.
They are doing what they can to stay in business.

I just came back from vacation and haven’t been able to post my daily “frick latoya”!

Ok, I feel better now

Link? I saw a statement from LSU that said "pending the Governor's decision". I didn't see anything where LSU said anything definitive.
