This just in...according to CBS News...the TCEQ and EPA are on ITC's payroll.
The mother fricker that asked for an apology from ITC should be asked to bunker up and get out there. This is a clownshow for sure, but ITC didn't want an entire tank battery to catch fire on a quaint Sunday morning...

Also if you are watching the live feeds, they are currently foaming the slips to their ship/barge docks....which means there is potentially product in the channel...

The foam is to arrest vapors...basically to stop a fire from starting at their docks.
Either something has, or they are anticipating the potential for runoff into the water.

If the fire breaches a dike wall then it could affect surrounding pipe racks or additional tank batteries.

Thanks offshoreangler...I am guessing that would result in major explosions and possible fires at adjoining facilities?
