How do you know the wife was being disrespected?

Well no it’s not, but in the moment, getting shot probably isn’t going through your mind. I think the law is a good law and I agree with it, but the shooter is a piece of shite, imo.

Right. Also, if illegally parked in a handicap spot she probably deserves some ridicule.

Not sure what your point is. He used it.
I think he’s referring to people that said he should not have shot because after the gun was pulled out, the initiator guy just stood there.

Just going off what I read from a poster in the thread.

The shooter didn’t get lightly pushed to the ground. He could’ve been injured badly if he hit his head wrong. Don’t get violent with someone and you won’t get shot.

I’m sorry, but if somebody is disrespecting my wife or the mother of my children, I’m probably gonna get physical with you.
I'm not one for disrespecting women, but men need to ubderstanf when their women are acting like the trash they are.

He was replying to the poster that stated that after the gun was pulled, the other guy backed off and therefore probably should not have been shot.
With a C C permit, you are not supposed to pull out your firearm to threaten. It should only be pulled with the intent to shoot.t
But could have simply apologized for parking illegally and drove off. But we are now living in a world where rules and laws do not matter. I can park where I want and if you don't like it, I will throw you to the ground.
Had the guy tried taking pictures he probably still would have been confronted.

No disagreement from me on this point.

What I see is that an inconsiderate law breaking bully took a slug.

I've seen too many news reports where a physical altercation turned deadly and ruined everyone's life that was involved. No thanks.

I have too, it just kinda irks me that getting in a fight nowadays means for one side has to pull out their firearm and shoot the other side. I agree with the law and am glad we have a law like this, just don’t agree with the guy who shot this guy.

After watching the video, I am kind of torn on this one. But in the end I believe the guy had a right to defend himself.

And you're eventually going to get shot.

It was a pussy arse move, legal or not

I'd be interested to see what the shooter was doing/saying to the young lady in the vehicle. Was the shooting victim thinking that the shooter was threatening her which was the reason for the push down? The State Attorney will take a long look at this one. The sheriff sounds like a bit of a douche.

Or I’m just not going to put myself in the situation to have to do something like that.

There's other articles saying he was telling them they shouldn't be paking in a handicap spot.
He was not the threatening them, just bitching at them, and calling them out.

Let's be real, though, getting pushed down without any further punches or kicks or attacks of any kind is not a reason to pull out your gun and shoot and kill someone.
