Yea cops should never pull their weapons in this case. Who came up with that stupid mantra anyway? Weapons themselves serve as a deterrent which is why the mere threat of use is usually good enough. If they come back to you, blast them into next week.
Guy shouldn’t have killed that dude IMO.

So if I walked up to your wife and said straight to her face that she was a massive cum guzzling whore who makes her money on her back, you would just sit there and allow me to say that?
Or if I called your children bastard whelps of a whore and that the best part about them fell down the crack of their momma’s arse?
Or what if I called your mother a run down, wore out, walking mattress?
You’d just allow me to say something like that to them?
You earn respect by showing respect.
I've never had anybody talk crazy shite to me because I've never put myself/family in that position.

As much as Ive been defending the shooter/victim in the particular instance, I agree with you. If it were me, personally, I wouldnt have shot the guy but I understand the victims reason and its justified and I defend others right to exercise that discretion in these types of scenarios.
I believe the mere presence of a firearm in this case would have meant an immediate retreat by the assailant and his reaction in this video backs up that sentiment. He bit off more than he could chew and he realized his fatal mistake in his last few minutes on this earth. "Id like to think that the last thing that went through douchebags mind, other than that bullet, was, how the hell Michael Drejka ever got the best of him".
Present weapon without firing and all parties go home safe with nothing more than some damaged egos. If Im the victim Im going home to lick my wounds and count my lucky stars that I DIDNT have to shoot the a-hole.
I love

I was just having this conversation yesterday with a friend. There should be a strict screening process on who can get their CC license. With not too many people out there who can make the correct decision on when to pull or not. In this situation that guy did not deserve to die, now this child will grow up without his father. Too many pu$$ies out there who can’t take an arse whooping anymore and will feel like a bad arse bcs they have their weapon on their hip, knowing if they weren’t carrying they would act like a coward.

Right near where I work. It is a shame that something so damn trivial and dumb led to the death of a person.

Actually it does, unless you're fricking retarded.

One of the cases I reviewed both white redneck men over 60 and both armed both drunk. Pissed off at each other over gate on road to river. On tractors, guy shot other guy, then shot him 4 times in the back as he was lying on the ground. I think this this third shooting like this in last 3 years in this rural country. Everyone is armed now, maybe always was, but know they use this as excuse to shoot first

All of you assholes saying this dude should have shot him should never be allowed to carry a gun. You shouldn't be agressively seeking verbal confrontations when you are carrying a loaded gun. You shouldn't even be engaging in a verbal confrontation with someone. You guys are acting like the pusher was some aggressive crazy person. They were both crazy fricking assholes arguing about a parking spot. Someone carrying a gun shouldn't be engaging in that type of behavior and that isn't debateable.

If I were on the jury, I would probably vote guilty on some type of charge for the shooter.
The husband was definitely in the wrong in the beginning but made no further move on the shooter after the initial push. When the shooter pulled the gun, he immediately began to back away. It was after seeing the husband back away that the shooter made the decision to shoot when there was no longer a reasonable threat to his life.
This type of shite is why I try and avoid confrontations over minor stuff like this. You never know what some random person is capable of.

You don't understand that a person carrying a concealed weapon shouldn't engage in verbal confrontations? Serious question, are you 12? Or are you fricking retarded? In assuming you're just really stupid.
