Don't panic, it could just be AIDS.

Elderberry syrup helps a lot with the flu. Does anybody know if it would also help with the WuFlu?
I was having the beginning of flu like symptoms earlier this year. Started taking elderberry and felt better in a day or two. Maybe it will help with the Chinese flu.

I pray you haven’t been near Ping recently.

OP, I’m curious as to your test results. You described my symptoms perfectly from about a month and a half ago. Exactly the same. I had not traveled, but several folks in my office had recently been to various locations overseas.
I tested negative for the flu but was told by the doc I had the flu anyway. Took a dose of Xofluza and was mostly symptom free 3-4 days later, except for shortness of breath and an aggravating, unproductive dry cough that lasted nearly 3 weeks. My wife and 3 kids had similar symptoms all of varying degrees, mine being the worst.
I was convinced this virus had already made its rounds through our home. If your test comes back positive, I will be even more settled on that being the case.
Either way, prayers to you and yours for quick healing regardless of whatever it is you’re battling.

I've been traveling quite a bit but started feeling bad on Wednesday afternoon with shortness of breath, chest tightness, head burning up while rest of the body is freezing but no fever, little nasal drip, dry throat, extreme physical exhaustion, head is clear not groggy/foggy, and cough that is persistent but not deep.
I had these exact same weird arse symptoms mid December. The groggy/fogginess/and shortness of breath was the most unusual part. Had never experienced that before.

little nasal drip, dry throat
Seriously though, hope all is well and it just turns out to be a little cold or something not to serious along those lines.

there is another flu strain going around.
Know a guy with your same story..
He was tested and came back clear of corona but another flu...
Btw he had to fight the govt to get tested
Was sick—had fever —-traveled wrong area—/
But his temp was one degree below the test guidelines!!!! Doctor had to call a bunch of department and argue to get him tested...
Yeah our govt had this under control and test for anyone with symptoms ....
Glad you were able to get a test
Best of luck!

The symptoms do not include groggy/fogginess with my head in fact I feel very clear headed. However, my face, ears, and forehead feel like they are burning up but no fever at all. My arms, legs, and body below my neck feel super cold. Head ache or pressure on the temples is also uncomfortable.
