this right here is the scary part! This should already be well figured out and procedure in place!!! And I’m sure this is not unique to LA.

Therein lies the problem. You think you may have the corona so you go to the doctor. Now you've either infected the whole doctor's office if you have it. Or now have it because someone else in there is visiting to get help and now you have it.

Was there a potential solution somewhere in this post or were you just getting this off your chest?

What do they say about those who Assume again? I called the Doctors office and spoke to them on the phone. Coordinated with the Doctors and nurses for an hour on the phone. They also thanked me for not coming into the office.

South Carolina is setting up mobile drive thru testing facilities and I suspect Louisiana is busy doing the same right now. Finding that type of real estate can be difficult in such a short period of time.

The only ones I can think of off the top of my head in the New Orleans area is the drive through kiosk buildings off Veterans Hwy & Clearview in Metairie.

Guess I'll be the first one on the OT to be in que for this freaking thing but at least I can give everyone some info as I work my way through this process

If this comes back positive, it is your sworn OT duty to create a thread with a detailed play by play of your progression.

You will remembered as OT Jesus one day but you first have to get through the trials and pain of a 100 page thread of people calling you a pussy and accusing you of selfishly spreading the disease and killing everybody else.

I have had daily weekly interaction with friends and family that have traveled to Asia (wife is Vietnamese). My wife was sick first and recovered quickly although she still has a cough. I've been sick since last Friday. My kids are sick now as are many of their friends. I'm a bit different than you in that I clearly have bronchitis. Besides that the same thing especially the EXTREME fatigue. Thankfully, I woke up this morning with a clear head . Overall, not too bad as these things go. My guess is that I had the standard cold with secondary bronchitis (which is way worse than the cold).

Good luck to you.

Coronavirus in of itself is probably easier on a normal, healthy adult.

The flu this year is a bitch.

crazy that we all advocated so strongly for honkus to live, and in return we all get to die

I've been thinking about this. We were all worried about Honkus getting away from coronavirus, and now it's here. This is going to decrease his book/movie rights value since we're all about to live it.
