The original FBI arrest warrant had to be withdrawn two days later because it was for something that the Grand Jury didn't pass on. They got it out, corrected, last Friday. (Many pages ago, I posted the links).
We know a Bounty Hunter who lives on a boat. He has told my husband that they don't just go out hunting, but have official papers that enable them to take someone in who has already been arrested, maybe even convicted.
With the initial appearance of Dog, there was mention that he had permission (WTF that means) from someone to be involved.

So you have a dude with shaved head and full beard eating at a restaurant in Mexico. Caucasian, slim, beard, shaved head, wearing a T-shirt; those dudes about to be instagrammed to death. The best part of the article is how this blob at his feet looks just like this blob of a backpack from a picture. Is it possible, sure, is it likely, probably not. If he is smart enough to evade Dog the bounty hunter for 3 days, he is smart enough not to go sit in a public restaurant and eat nachos.

its easy to be pessimistic. i just feel like this picture is pretty damning. Worth a look into more than any other i've seen. Mexico is an obvious destination that BL could have sought.
Look at the way his sideburn growth has that unique angle in both pics. Maybe even the similar mole/freckle on cheek but picture sucks.

Lawyer is saying an awful lot except where Brian went to... His job is to defend the parents as much as it is Brian.
"Brian obviously returned home after camping" isn't that a contradiction to brian never returned from the hike? didn't the neighbors say brian never came back?

Of the two, Dog and their Lawyer, have a duty to speak the truth. I am going to go out on a limb here and say that the parent's lawyer knows more than Dog about the situation.
How would they know that is the case? My neighbors hardly see my kids but they are home most of the time. Just because you did not see him return, does not mean he did not return.
