We know BL is 5'8". We can estimate this guys height based off some standard table deminsions.

Depends on who the client is. He could be representing all 3 now, but that is unlikely. If they were smart he would represent Brian alone so he could have privileged and protected conversations with the attorney who then could not tell parents so they have nothing to disclose when deposed or questioned (i.e. yeah attorney asked for money for defense and we gave it to him. We don't know specifically what it was used for as that is privileged. We only know what the attorney tells us, etc)

What is supposed to be in the circled part of the pic? Even on a giant screen, it looks like a leprechaun in a porkpie hat to me. Guessing it's something else, though.
