OK since we've run out of things to speculate about, this was on one of the threads on Reddit(yeah yeah I know)
This picture is suppose to be from the area where they found Gabby and the marks supposedly left by the investigators. Any ideas? Bulley holes? Reference points? Where they tethered the spaceship? Beatle infestation?
If they meant anything important they would've taken the log itself to the crime lab. It could be something as simple as a measurement of the width of the couple's van had it been backed up to that log, it could be just marking it for visibility in the backup camera of the coroner van.
If the log itself had anything of value, it would've been taken into evidence

ABC News just had an expert on that said as long as Brian is just a person of interest, he is free to run and anyone is free to help him.

Looks like two small skeletons leaning against that tree on the right.

I'm sure they have tracked every credit card used and lots of people are getting visits. If there is any truth to her story at all there should be multiple people to corroborate.
The FBI may have told the restaurant staff to not remember any of it for media questions.
The timeline is still off, though. It seems as if he was alone on the 26th, but that may not be so.So, it turns out I was right. The staff does remember them and has been in touch with the FBI. All you little downvote queers can suck a bag of aids dicks.

FBI are treating this like he is officially a suspect and are digging into everything the same as if they had a warrant. The fact that he is an official "missing person" has allowed them to dig much deeper and basically gives them the ability to look at all angles and pull all records. As of now they are still issuing alerts as if they believe he is alive and in the US.
This makes sense and I’ve been wondering why he hasn’t been charged. Any idea if what they discover during the search is admissible?

Florida shooter did this.

I will reluctantly concede to your opinion on the matter
BUT I reserve the right to change my mind if we indeed find out it was aliens and the model of spaceship used.

"Expert"
I can tell you personally for a fact that this is not the case. Those titles like "person of interest" or "suspect" they give the public mean little to nothing, especially when it's the FBI and a missing persons case with high visibility like this.
You'd have to be pretty naive to think the FBI and their buddies at the NSA aren't pulling out all the stops to solve this one. They really have nothing limiting them, especially as long as BL has been officially filed as a missing person.
There really is no mechanism in place to stop them from basically digging into whatever they want, and I wish I could explain it or word it better than that but it's things I've seen firsthand over time.

Damn if you squint a little it looks like Jack and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas.

because if he is charged he's far less likely to ever turn himself in and/or cooperate, and anyone who helps him after he is charged can be in jeopardy of abetting (ie: his parents), making them less likely to assist
if he's alive they'll find him, and then they will charge him

Searchers are getting a signal boost in the Carlton Reserve.

I'm sure they'll draw up some search warrants for the houses of all close associates of BL and they'll find him there.
But who are those people? By all accounts, his close associates are his parents and GP. And they already searched the van and their house.

He most likely won't be charged and they probably won't even come out and say he's wanted as a suspect until they either find him dead or alive, or have a good idea of where he might be.
Right now they're limiting the pressure they put on him in hopes he might show up and turn himself in. The less they say stuff like "we think Brian did it and he's wanted for murder" or even hint that they think he did it, the more likely he is to get tired of hiding and show up eventually.
If he thinks he'll 100% be crucified the moment he appears he'll keep running/hiding or he'll go into his "final move" stage, which is another term for his endgame. He had a plan when he took off and went missing and the FBI - like everyone else - is hoping he hasn't executed the final part of that plan yet; whether it be suicide or leaving the country. They don't want to push him into that endgame stage by naming him a wanted fugitive if they don't have to - even if it's likely he's already executed it.

I have had "Big Rock Candy Mountain" stuck in mine for weeks. I hate that damn commercial. I'd like to take whoever came up with it on a van life camping trip out West.

That’s not how it works
