Just a general question to anyone, but with more sightings reported (real or not) has there been any confirmation on exact dates if at all that Brian flew to & from Florida to help his dad moving their stuff out of storage while Gabby stayed at the hotel in Salt Lake City?
It was something her parents mentioned, but I don’t see mentioned much. Gabby seemed to stay inside hotel room and had her dad help with food delivery once when Wi-Fi down as no sightings outside of checking out with Brian (unless that has changed). Time apart would normally seem like a way to gain some clarity as well a chance to not get on each other’s nerves after being together non stop or escalate if something happened during or was said by one after time apart.
It also just seems like flight records and security cameras at storage place would confirm travel and exact dates. Maybe they have been to the point of being nothing to see there, but when i was just seeing this coming from her parents it made me wonder if Brian went elsewhere or traveled different dates than what he told Gabby (or just stayed) to test her in some manner.
Before her body was found it was hard to truly focus on one or the other as bigger cause of their issues and even her disappearance when it was just a disappearance as they seemed co-dependent as someone mentioned and no true friends with typical everything is great social media posts, but if Brian was controlling and paranoid she would leave him testing her or spying on her wouldn’t be that unusual.
If Gabby was texting her mom issues in relationship that time apart would also seem like an opportunity for Gabby to do some things by herself which is why it’s also strange no one that I have seen has come forward to report that they saw her doing anything around hotel or even in it outside of checking out with Brian.

Those titles like "person of interest" or "suspect" they give the public mean little to nothing, especially when it's the FBI and a missing persons case with high visibility like this. You'd have to be pretty naive to think the FBI and their buddies at the NSA aren't pulling out all the stops to solve this one. They really have nothing limiting them, especially as long as BL has been officially filed as a missing person. There really is no mechanism in place to stop them from basically digging into whatever they want, and I wish I could explain it or word it better than that but it's things I've seen firsthand over time.
I think what they mean is that you aren’t breaking the law if he knocks on your door and you help him.

They need to hurry up and find this clown. This thread interferes with my work cause I’m always reading this.
Still weird they are putting in all these resources to find him but haven’t yet officially named him as a suspect or issued an arrest warrant for him.

Yep. Unless they lied to police in a sworn statement the parents have not committed a crime. Which makes it odd they’ve yet to issue a warrant. Then they could use the treat of obstruction and jail time on the parents

Serious question. I know he killed her. Without any evidence tying him to a murder, by law can they convict him? He was living in the van, so saying he was in the van isn't evidence. Will be an interesting case.

The Consensus is if he “thinks” he’s only a POI he won’t be as elusive and careful in public.
In other words they hope to get BL to let down his guard making apprehending him easier.

I mean, they can legally assist as long as it is not in furtherance of a crime.
If they have no reason to believe he killed GP, they could pretty much wire him as much money as he needs to travel.
But, if the police come out and say “We have evidence that BL murdered GP” and the DA comes out and says “we are charging BL,” then no one is permitted to knowingly assist him in traveling.

Atleast it’s not adding 2 pages for every 1 you finish reading anymore. You can check once in the morning, once at lunch, and once before you leave and still keep up now

What evidence they have they are not going to release while they are still conducting an investigation. We don’t know what all they have. All we know is that is a homicide not a murder at this point.

Seems odd they are focusing so much on that one swamp.
Do they actually have some sort of evidence he is there, data signals or something, or are they really only publicly saying they are searching there in hopes he lets his guard down somewhere else?

I was googling to try and find a relevant law and found this from Utah...
" An actor commits obstruction of justice if the actor, with intent to hinder, delay, or prevent the investigation, apprehension, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of any person regarding conduct that constitutes a criminal offense:
(e) harbors or conceals a person;
(f) provides a person with transportation, disguise, or other means of avoiding discovery or apprehension;
(g) warns any person of impending discovery or apprehension;
The law does not saw that the person being aided, harbored, or warned has to be a suspect in the crime. In fact, the law specifically says "any person." So if this is true in the relevant jurisdiction...state or federal...the ABC "expert" is wrong.

I’d have to think it’s more of the former than the latter. But they’ve already bungled this case down there in terms of monitoring him
