No it doesn't. Not with some people. We now see Rog using the exact argument I used two or three days ago but in reverse. I said then you can't ignore the negatives regarding Gabby. My impression of the girl is that she was an annoying, emotional young woman with mental issues. After over a month on the road with that, he most likely snapped.
Not saying it was justified. He just wasn’t strong enough to take it or get away from it.

The video clearly showed she was abusive.
If you paid attention at the time, nobody said this meant he was innocent. Everyone said he still could have killed her.

It's possible she was abusive (even if just in this one instance) and he killed her. I don't understand the logic behind accepting the latter as the most likely but twisting yourself in knots to come up with another reason why the former isn't true. She literally admitted to hitting him, that's definitionally abusive.
