This was the problem with so many of your previous replies, every single thing that made her look bad was considered a point against Brian because everything she did must have been in reaction to something worse he did.
It's entirely possible she abused Brian (you know, because she did by hitting him and admitting it to police on camera) and he's guilty of killing her or causing her death.
Just don't understand the reasoning behind trying to make her look like a good person here. She doesn't have to be a sweet innocent person for him to be a bad person.

SlowFlow keeps saying his life was over regardless so he’s basing everything on his assumption that he thinks another person would act like BL is acting in this situation even if she killed herself, or he found her dead. He’s assuming just as much as anyone else.
