I know the smaller house with the broken down vehicle is a rental. Volunteers of America bought another house on Chelsea closer to Strand not too long ago also.

I know the old Bahlinger house on the corner of Chelsea and N Maiden is supposedly now a halfway house. It's a shame. I used to live close by. I bet Mr. Bahlinger is turning over in his grave right now.
Also there is one on Fleet. It shares a backyard fence with my in-laws

Yep, those are the ones.
I think there is another group house on Drusilla almost at Westminster. I always see guys walking down the sidewalk, sometimes in Rouses shirts. It's assessed to a private individual with a homestead exemption though.

A woman, who lives in the same house is sounding off on Nextdoor saying that only one person was arrested, it wasn't a major drug bust, and she is moving out due to "sheer embarassment".

I misspoke...the Drusilla house doesn't have a homestead exemption, but it is owned by individuals and not a group home llc.
Either way, I've seen it in my line of work many times.

It’s horrible what dogooders push onto middle class neighborhoods. They are the true not in my backyarders. They never push these things into their neighborhood.
