UC and Lexington need additional access roads to alleviate the congestion they cause on Nicholson in the mornings. Plus it is just safer to have two entrances for emergencies.
Extending Audubon Lakes Dr to Bluebonnet and then having Grand Way Ave extend out the back to Audubon Lakes Dr would fix a lot of issues with backups on both Nicholson and Bluebonnet (turning left on Nicholson)

UC has become a rather large community
They need to add another 9 holes. The expanding neighborhood could support it.

This. Terrible location

That's cause the vast majority are POS. I mean the boxes are ok, and the club is nice. But for a $600k house to have tile counters, particle board cabinets and single tier molding and a non-commercial kitchen. The builders really skimped on the finishes in there.
Lexington is doing a much better job so far
That's a shame. Home builders are simply not using quality materials like they used to in order to maximize their profits, which in the end sticks the buyer with a shitty home. All these builders do nowadays is paint the shitty materials white and be done with it.
My parents have an Al Jones home. Cypress and pine everywhere. Homes nowadays are simply not built that way anymore. It's a shame.

The pin placement on that hole is always ridiculous. Hardest par 3 around this area.
You've obviously never played the blind par 3 City Park - 8th and 17th

I'm building a house there backed up to the driving range.
I will hit balls back from my backyard. I'm just a dude with a power fade slice though

The wife and I love it here. We moved down from Zachary this year. I actually don't mind the one way in and one way out. Security was one of the main reasons we moved here. We can walk and ride bikes in the evening and feel safe. The landscaping always looks great and homeowners yards are well kept.

Probably gone now, but Kyle Orton was living out there a couple years back.

I was referring to actual 18 hole courses. Not practice courses.

He's long gone baw, the lots in CCL cost more than the houses in UC.
CCL actually has a functioning security post, just drive on in UC
