The original design included another 9 hole across Nicholson to the River Road. That was 20 plus years ago so not sure if they even still own that land or not.
I used to dove hunt on that property and the bean field at Bluebonnet and Nicholson.
I like how it has developed. I don't care to live there but I can see the desire for some.

Donnie Jones has a house there. Alleva isn't very neighborly and Honore' has become a crazy old man, really sad.

Most aren't assholes. It's those that think it's impressive to live there that make the most noise. Kinda like those with actual money don't boast about their money.

Totally agree about boasting about money. I stand corrected. However, I have been invited to be a member of CCL and like the golf course and facilities. Just can't get over how many people are so full of themselves.

BRCC is the only worthwhile club in this city. They advertise CCL memberships in the fricking newspaper. Any joker can join CCL for like $10k. A BRCC stockholdership will cost you $40k. CCL is for whitetrash who haven't lived in BR long enough to realize it. Sorry not sorry. Actually the city club is better than CCL. CCL is for fricking dentists and people that moved here from the north.
