UC has become a rather large community. I'm finalizing my house plans and will be building soon. Was wondering who was some notable people that resides there.

Jindal, Alleva, Aranda, Honore, Django

Let me know when you are ready to talk home theater and automation. We do many of the homes in UC and will set you up with a great system.

The guy that started Cult Energy Drink. He has a house on #8 the par 3. Always blaring music in his backyard/pool area.

I would introduce myself. Bet that guy throws some fun parties assuming they haven't kicked him out yet.

I was expecting the home prices there to be higher. Average price looks to be around $600k. That's not bad at all.

That's cause the vast majority are POS. I mean the boxes are ok, and the club is nice. But for a $600k house to have tile counters, particle board cabinets and single tier molding and a non-commercial kitchen. The builders really skimped on the finishes in there.

Lexington is doing a much better job so far

The pin placement on that hole is always ridiculous. Hardest par 3 around this area.

Nothing like a tract of cookie cutter houses with no old growth trees and one way in and out that is within walking distance of absolutely nothing.

Catered his wedding one time a few years back, married some fine arse chick who was half his age and a fellow coworker found nude photos of her in the guys bathroom.

Party was fricking awesome, I got hammered and looked at fine women all night

Are you a shill for Flores? Lexington is Gardere compared to UC with the very back new construction and Alvarez construction.
