Frisco is growing too fast. The infrastructure won't keep up.

So 6-8pm and 9-10am. Is that the only 3 hours you are allowed to fly? I must book through different airlines. Also, does your carrier have weekend flights where traffic isn't so bad? If you want to avoid 5pm traffic and the airport and your hotel/house are in the direction of the 5pm traffic flow and you can't pick a flight that avoids that then you either never fly or you're lying.

I said many moons ago the 121/DNT area was the New Money City Center.

Rangers should have build that stadium up north in Frisco. I will say though, The area it IS built in is going through a rapid change as well.

Kind of need a 3rd airport if Celina is going to be as big as they say.

Can confirm, it is happening to McKinney.

Besides the articles linked, personally the project is going to make me some money.

Will be nice to see an option for O/D traffic up that way.

Minor League Rough Riders are already here.

Collin County does need to take over some of the perks of Dallas and Tarrant County. There is massive growth North and it is time to take the goods. Dallas us already a failed city and Fort Worth is trying to catch up. The Cowboys and Stars already practice up here and FC Dallas plays here.

I am baffled how Fair Park still gets concerts and musicals. Pretty sketchy down there, but the State Fair will never move.

Folks that live in Uptown/Park Cities/Preston Hollow don't want to make the trip all the way up to Frisco.

Not saying they want to make the trip to Arlington either, but it's already there

Frick. They better add a specific lane to the tollway for this place from 121 going North. That’s only a couple exits north of me and traffic already gets backed up at the Main St exit when there’s an event.

2 years until my son graduates then we can look at other options but I’m pretty dug in here with friends and support system and love the convenience of my little bubble.

Plus side is maybe we will get some higher end hotels and spas through this. Maybe even a huge tennis court location as all the private clubs around here are maxed out.

I just don’t see the appeal of living north of Preston Hollow. Strip Malls, corporate offices, and new single family residential developments with no character that make fictional space colonies look homely.
