Maybe. But, given that age group is representative of most of the case increases, it's more likely that deriving infection rate overall from our current testing population is very, very flawed.

You are right, but that's the point. The 15% is meaningless. It changes as the testing changes. You can't make good decisions on that data.

So, the positive rage may be 10%, but that’s only 25 cases a day
But, according to the guidelines we would still need to be locked down. Whatever retard in the Whitehouse that tied phasing to percent positive should be shot

330 million Americans.
If 0.83% is close to representative that's 2 million plus infected.
Herd Immunity is only option.

So, you are trying to compare the rate of positive tests for blanket coverage of an asymptomatic population versus a population that is 100% symptomatic?

1. We are told this virus is so dangerous because this young population is mainly asymptomatic carriers giving it to old people. Well at 0.83% positive, that doesn’t appear so
2. If the people tested by the state isn’t representative as the true rate of infection, why is the phasing approach tied to that percentage?
