If the comments were made he did the right thing by filing a claim. however at that point he needs to be upset with the powers that be that made a ruling on the claim. Bottom line, this guy is a low life piece of shite and a youngan and woman are dead for no reason at all. frick YOU... COWARD.

The last I read she was shot in the back and had been taken to surgery but, I haven't heard any updates since that.

Maybe, maybe not. A lot of things working against each other.
In general, the media is not going to go on and on about black on white murder. But, the media loves media, and certainly loves talking about the sacrifices media members make, so those instincts are somewhat at odds.
I can see the media treating the racial complaint angle sort of like they do bullying in school shootings. They won't take the side of the shooter, but they'll make it part of the narrative and will make subtle calls for reformed relations on both sides. Which should be enough to piss off people.
