How safe is the area near 13th Gate Escape Rooms?

In town visiting family and my daughter (15 years old) wants to go with her cousins (18 and 16) and some friends to an escape room there. I’ve been but years ago and I don’t remember that area being particularly well lit at night. TIA ...

Offseason isn’t over. But who in this draft would step into the Pels lineup day 1 and contribute? Missi has a high ceiling. Filipowski might have been a safer pick but he basically is what he is....
