Well for one thing we didnt see what happened before the video started. The kid was already in the other guys arms. This could be the tail end of the fight

The ginormous kid is most like labeled SPED. It's damn near impossible to get these kids off of campus no matter what they do, and they know that. They know they can only be punished so much and then let back in. Expulsion is almost unheard of for a SPED kid. They'll make some stupid behavior plan that gives him candy and free time if he "behaves" which is just acting almost like other students.

I don’t think these were the same two incidents. The one where a kid gets punched 14 times must have been a different incident. I know kids can be stupid, but that little kid didn’t deserve to nearly die no matter what he said!
