Not doubting you there. But everyone here (assuming the downvotes I’ve gotten) assume all the kid did was pass him doing 40 in a 55. The backstory is BS unless there is evidence. But a guess Twitter telling us so is enough to believe it..

A little more context from tOT's favorite site. No idea of the veracity of the description.
"The 19-year-old was driving behind a truck allegedly going 40 mph in a 55 zone. The driver (mustang in the video) decided to overtake the truck passing him. The truck then allegedly started speed to brake check the mustang and even driving him off the road. The truck driver followed the Mustang home at speeds over 100+mph. The sheriffs office responded and ordered him out of the car at gunpoint and arrested him without incident. The truck driver, who is currently not named, has been charged with one felony and two misdemeanors. Posted by Abdul"

The truck then allegedly started speed to brake check the mustang and even driving him off the road. The truck driver followed the Mustang home at speeds over 100+mph. I never said his actions were justified. I just said the hearsay of the story might be bullshite. And the fact everyone takes the worldstar story for fact is also bullshite.
Was the old guy in the right, no, but to accept that the kid did nothing wrong is also in that realm.

Some middle aged jackass did the same exact thing to my son 5 or 6 years ago. My son called me when he was a mile or two from the house and said that a man chased him and was bumper to bumper with him. I told him to drive to my house and stay in the truck. Jackass showed up and I shoved a 12 gauge shotgun in his face. He peed a little. You never know who you're dealing with. Luckily in my case, I didn't wind up in a gunfight.
