WDSU … Tulane University police have issued a warning to students after they say a sexual assault occurred outside a residence hall on the Uptown campus just after midnight.

Coulters Law, if they don’t mention the race, then it’s because it’s a problematic one for their ideology. If he’s white, they lead in with it!
