Listen to how New Orleans was spoken about then

At that time NO was called the Queen City of the South. Houston was a hick town and Atlanta was a village.

3 yrs too long. New Orleans has been in decline for ~25 yrs and the last ~15 have been a nose dive.

Add corpses in the Hard Rock Hotel. That will blow their minds.

It may not be catch basins but it is another kind of service.

I’d rather the mob run the city over what we have now

You don’t call city council members shaking down people that want to open a business organized crime?

The unorganized crime in Nola was waaayy worse in the 90’s than it is today

The recording of Destroya that plays in the new New Orleans airport makes her sound like she's never been to New Orleans with the way she pronounces the name of the city. "New Or-lee-ans."

Nola had what, 400+ murders per year in the 90s. I lived off of Carrollton in 1998 & 1999.

New Orleans was in decline for ~30 years. Gentrification started in the early-mid 2010s and the city was on an upswing. Then Mitch sold out for political gain and Destroya happened and Nola has been on a nose dive the last 3 years.

Not a fan of hers, but a ton of old uptowners pronounce it this way.

So white people are responsible?

I don't blame people for wanting to move out of crime riddled areas with bad schools so I'd say no.
