Here’s my question.
What would happen if a few counties in Florida and Texas decided to indict Pelosi, Schumer, and Hillary on 90 charges each, go through the trials with whatever evidence they can provide, and then have juries come back guilty on all charges in under 30 minutes?
Do the democrats not think we can do this?
We could have Biden arrested on whatever charges we want when he’s leaving office, but before he even steps on Marine One for his final departure, just for effect. And arrest his “Doctor” wife too. Why not?
This current situation has opened Pandora’s box in my opinion.

Take a civics class and then you’ll know the answer to your hypotheticals.

This is what these idiots cheering on this political show trial don’t understand. All they care about is “get Trump”.

Thinking of all the prog pollsters today who are frenzied right now getting their polls out, but will soon be devastated by the results.

Just like they were going to do something about Hillary, Joe, or Hunter.
The citizenry of America has zero influence on government anymore.

They'll double down on delivering the "message" through their normal outlets but this trial will likely be an afterthought by the time November rolls around as I can see another summer of "peaceful protests" on the way.

Watch. They are going to have him on house arrest just in time for the RNC. These people are too stupid to even realize that the harder they try to throw the book at him, the deeper the hole these miserable cock sucking bastards are digging themselves to get out of.

There's a lot of stupidity on both sides here. But in their lust for power and control, both sides have taken a win at all costs approach.
In flipping around the major next outlets this AM, the best argument I've heard for a Trump appeal is many of these items were federal election crimes being tried in a state court. That should ring alarm bells for anyone that is fair minded. I'm not sold on the fairness and legitimacy of the court here just based on those facts.
On the flip side, with all the rumblings of the past 3-4 years, the republicans should have anticipated SOME sort of legal jeopardy for the former president. But the right plowed headlong into this campaign with the former president, knowing full well that yesterday's outcome could become a reality. They were either blinded by their own rhetoric or to cavalier to care. Either way it was a risky strategy for them to undertake and now it may cost them. In my honest opinion, practically any other republican candidate could have easily defeated Biden simply running on the economic conditions of the last 4 years and the presidents cognitive state alone. But they wanted to go for the big splash and now it has the potential to bite them in the butt.
The next few months are going to be interesting.

I personally think his best argument is that the charge allowed the jury to convict without being unanimous on which predicate offense existed.
That’s a flat Sixth Amendment issue. The Supreme Court could take it on writs from New York’s highest court. And, from what I can tell, there is a split in federal circuits on the issue (making it more likely for a writ to be granted).
I’m not a criminal lawyer, and my constitutional knowledge comes from Baker and Bockrath. (IFYKYK). So take it with a grain of salt.
It would be fun to watch heads explode as conservative justices suddenly become defense friendly and liberal justices claim a newfound faith in the rigors of criminal justice.
