congrats man, this sounds miserable but also pretty sick once the plan comes to fruition. not for me, but im also weirdly jealous of a life that sounds like complete arse.
don't listen to the complete fricking idiots in here bitching about 65k a year payout, with no house payment, without even including the income from continuing to work a little bit. and not to mention that's just the interest/growth and not even touching the million principal.
are you planning to move to san francisco after this? no? ok then you'll be just fine if the numbers are real and you play it right.

My dad is a retired coach after 33 yrs and he is chilling on his retirement(which is way less) and still pays his house note , car etc, lives just fine and just works a partime easy 1 day a week(makes 200 a saturday umpiring some weekend ball) job for fishing money. He has it easy but he put in alot of time working to get there.

I have a buddy that drives a tanker truck. Leaves BR every Monday morning going to Detroit. He delivers and drives back to BR with an empty tank. Usually gets back to BR mid day on Friday. Has off until he leaves out again Monday morning. He has a new truck with all the bells and whistles, not the stripped down models that a lot of the carriers have. He loves it. He listens to music and podcasts while he drives. Because he has that dedicated tanker run to Detroit and back he isn't rushed to meet tight timelinss like a lot of drivers doing general deliveries. He says its the best and easiest job he has ever had.

This kind of foresight is all too rare these days. Congratulations!

If you live in Tomball or someone you know isn interested from your area, you can get your cdl at Werner cdl school that is called roadmaster cdl school in Lancaster(right off 20). Do your training then go to work on the home depot dedicated account. The Houston home depot distribution center is located on Gessner Road off north beltway, not far from Tomball. Werner Enterprises has a huge acct with HD. They have several day cab werner drivers and always highering. It's a daily driver position. Just food for thought. If you want something more , many other accts will put you over the road in different time frames.

Why would a bank give a shite what terms a buyer and seller agreed to for a cash sale?

Roadmaster School. There's locations all over the place. At Dallas terminal for example, one of the schools are inside the terminal. They house you there at the terminal in their hotel. Feed you breakfast and lunch I think everyday. A van shuttles daily to make runs to walmart, food places etc. Look on Werner's website for their roadmaster locations maybe. They have terminals all over the U.S.
All of their terminals have a hotel, driver lounge which has a workout room, laundry, big screen tvs, a store,
dark room, 16 giant man made showers, fresh linens, full service mechanic shop, vending machines, training/safety headquarters, giant truck wash and just to park at night if you need, you just come into a terminal as a safe haven to get your 10hr break(sleep).

I recommend living in the present.
We are not guaranteed tomorrow.
Money doesnt lead you to Heaven.
Nor does it go woth you.
To each his own.
