There is no 7% risk free for life. Period. You might be able to average that (or more) but you be taking risk
My dad has a 140k of retirement given for 30 yrs(not including drop which was a 130k extra) in louisiana for TRSL. He clears 4K a month for life. He is 54. He no longer pays state taxes out of his check. Only take federal.
