Maybe the charges will be upgraded...but the driver's reports appear to conflict with the witness statements

Yea and the more I look at this picture(notice the white tarp well behind the truck), it doesn't look like some incidental shite. The motorcycle is over 100 feet beyond what I presume to be the victim.

If you are on the motorcycle, after he hit you the first time, why not get the frick out of his way? You have a lot more mobility with the bike.

thats straight up intentional murder and the DA better up the charges to reflect that
