Trucker charged with 7 counts of negligent homicide in crash that killed motorcyclists

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, was arrested at his home in West Springfield, Massachusetts, early Monday by the Massachusetts State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit, the New Hampshire attorney general's office said in a statement.
"Mr. Zhukovskyy was taken into custody on a fugitive from justice charge," the statement said. He was expected to make his first court appearance later Monday.
The crash Friday involved members of Marine Jarheads MC, a motorcycle club in New England that includes Marines and their spouses. A 2016 Dodge 2500 pickup, towing a trailer that hauls cars, collided with the group of 10 motorcycles in the small town of Randolph.

So the guy isn’t a “trucker” or a “truck driver”, he was just a dude driving a pick up truck with a trailer?
Wonder what made him plow through 10 motorcyclists.

Not much has been reported on how the accident took place, but my guess is he crossed the center line on a 2 lane blacktop and took out the bikers. But like I said, just a guess.
However, I can't imagine all those bikers being in the wrong in this. Drunk fricker needs to spend some serious time in prison because that was not his first DUI offense, and he's only 23.

I believe he was going the wrong way. Only way I can see how he could manage to run over so many motorcycles.
ETA: It also looks like a crest of a hill. The bikers probably never saw him coming. As soon as they topped the hill, boom, there is the truck driver.

I didn’t read that he was drunk but he received DWI # 2 last month, wouldn’t his license be suspended?
I honestly have no clue about DWI’s but if his license was suspended it’s more than just a terrible accident imo

This appears to have happened at the top of a hill. I wonder if this jackass crossed the double line and was passing someone. He didn’t see the bikes and the bikes didn’t see him because of the hill?
