External locus of control psychology ( bad things just happen to me and it somebody else's fault) and group identity politics are the gift that keeps on giving for poor, uneducated blacks. And their " leadership" (lol) encourages them to stay exactly where they are, feeling powerless, victimized , entitled and racially resentful. Take all the qualities that guarantee failure in American life- and force feed them on your own race from crib to coffin. Great plan. How's that working out for you ?
