I bet he updates his resume in a few months and lists his job in Baton Rouge even though he hasn't started.

I believe she only claimed to know how to Google, not to have actually done it.

First thing that pops up when you google his name: termination from his previous job after only 4 months. That was in a city 1/15th the size of East Baton Rouge's population of about 450,000.

That should (at the very least) have triggered closer inspection of his credentials.

I can't believe he got hired. Who in the hell takes a professional profile picture with an earring? What a piece of shite.

I'm seriously starting to believe that this clownshow of a mayor threw the names of all the black candidates for the position into a hat and THIS was the name she pulled out.

That seems to be the effort she put into making this hire.

He put a lot of effort into his LinkedIn profile. I have to believe that if he put that much effort into his professional responsibilities, he'd be in a better position today. Being outed as a liar in a regional paper as big as The Advocate in a metro as big as Baton Rouge is hard to hide from regardless of where he goes.

In January he was a former city manager whose termination was covered by a newspaper in a metro of 65,000. He could probably get a lazy gov job that is under the radar somewhere. But he went for an higher level executive position in city/parish government of 450,000 people.

Today he was outed as someone that was dishonest on his resume by a regional paper in a metro of 800,000+. Those Advocate articles, SWB's statement, these threads will all appear on google searches now. He's going to have to move down the latter a bit to get hired again somewhere else.

One of those advocate articles details his previous terminations in Florida and Washington too. One of them occurred because he wasn't forthcoming about another previous termination.

She really hired this guy to do this:

quote:

administrative officers assist government agencies or companies with all types of agency or office management duties. They facilitate and coordinate operations such as employee training, office equipment and supplies, maintenance schedules and supplies, building security, and safety

Consider what weve learned about him. How big of a disaster would this have been.

Incredible

More than that. The Advocate is now the main paper in New Orleans as well.

So a combined market of about 1.8 million not counting the hits sites like Tigerdroppings and hayride get.

He's going to have to aim a lot lower to get hired again.

His entire work history and rapid hiring/firings and falsifications would make an awesome business school case study.
