She looks incompetent. She needs to find common ground with whites in Baton Rouge somehow. honestly, improving NBR is something most of SBR wants
the issue is how she (and those in her circle) want to go about fixing NBR
i think if she frames it correctly, it's a good sell for SBR. however, i think one avenue (policing-based policies) has already been closed by her

If she got hustled by this two bit huckster, there's no way she'll survive. She's going to get roped into some shady deal with serious legal consequences.

Correct. SBR folks don't mind helping NBR but it's going to be awash in improprieties, shady deals, and massive wastes of money that will predictably produce no tangible results.
