What just left Houma is hitting me now—raining and lightning like a mofo in Hahnville.

All my olive trees are bent at 60° in the heavy wind.

Entergy Outage Map

I also just saw a Wind Advisory was issued.

The wind is kicking out there now but it is nothing like we have seen for a usual front passage.

Just got off a night hitch in Norco. Wind picked up around 11pm or so. Made the drive home and just walked in my door in Ponchatoula. Wind and rain were blinding most of the drive. Luckily, I was the only car on I-55 north.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting this. The thunder was so loud earlier that the entire house shook hard enough to set off my home alarm

How much longer til the storm passes? I usually pick shite up in the yard. Looks like I’ll have some unplanned yard work this morning.
