Natchez used to have a cool balloon festival, I doubt I’d be interested going to Zachary for any festival…

How does Zachary go from 69% white to 47% in 25 years? And 29% Black to 45% in that same time period. Just looking at those stats is baffling. Did all the white people move out of Zachary?
