this is absolutely happening all over social media. there are hordes of people convinced that Karmelo ducked into a tent to get out of teh driving rain only to be ganged up on by five huge bullies. i also read that Austin Metcalf had physically assaulted his mother once.

I think there's almost certainly going to be riots if the verdict comes back guilty. I'd be mobilizing the guard now well ahead of the verdict.

Unless the family was playing 5D chess (which I doubt), then maybe they should have used some of that GoFundMe cash and hired a better lawyer.

i dont think so. i think a large percentage of the AA community wants him to get off just to stick it to the Man, but i think almost all of them know in their hearts that he is guilty as sin. in other cases there was enough of a grey area that they coudl allow themselvest to be convinced of injustice, but this case really is, ahem, black and white.

This trial has not had a long drawn out nature to make it a national story that people have gotten worked up about (outside of Texas).

Even the defense witnesses seemed to go at the defendant. This will only spark a totally manufactured 100 percent bullshite 'riot.'

The "attempt to make chicken salad from chicken shite" defense.

maybe they tried and better lawyers didn't think it was worth it. maybe they decided they'd save that money for prison protection.

and although I’ve never stabbed a human. It isn’t like the movies when they stab someone. If you want to penetrate and kill you can only do that thru a significant amount of force and violence.

It happened to a friend of mine from high school. He had forced a guy to leave a party. The guy came back a half hour or so later and was trying to come back into the house. As my friend was trying push him back out he came up with a knife that no one knew he had. It was an unlucky stab, as it went between ribs and caught his heart. Witnesses said they didn't even realize he had been stabbed until my friend sort of grunted and collapsed to the porch. Paramedics/doctors said he was likely dead in under a minute after collapsing......probably even quicker. The guy who stabbed him pulled the knife out and ran away in the confusion. It took police a few days to find him.

I mean they were extremely handicapped because KA was clearly guilty since this happened.

Prosecutors labeled the fatal stadium stabbing a provoked, unjustified "sneak attack" inside a team tent, while the defense countered that it was a split-second action in self-defense out of fear and chaos

Based on the words of the victim and the killer:
“I am not going to fight you at a track meet.”

“Put your hand on me again and see what happens.”
“He put his hands on me.”
“I did it.”

Guilty

Thats an easier guilty than an ugly lard of a teacher screwing her students.

Dallas’s Farrakhan

quote:

The Next Generation Action Network, an activist group that has shown support for Anthony and his family, held a news conference outside the courthouse during the lunch break. Founder Dominque Alexander called for continued peace.

"People have traveled from all across this country, and we thank you for that. But we remain to continue to ask you to do it in revolutionary peace. Do it as if your child was fighting for his life right now," he said. "Please, please. What we've seen, it seems like more attention has been given on what's going on outside the court than what is going on in the court and I have to say something."
more attention outside the courtroom then inside is what he really wants.

Like I said earlier, the incompetence of Karmelo's legal defense is such that he could get the chair even when it's not an option. They spent their GoFundMe on the usual cultcha shite instead of a good legal team, speaks volumes about their morals.

That is a stunningly stupid statement.

The lack of awareness, or even common decency is incredible.
