Would actually WINNING a playoff game in oh, let's say the last 3 or so seasons be a great barometer to you ? Because SEVERAL teams have failed to accomplish that and KDB has done it twice.

I'm optimistic on KDB getting things squared away but let's just say hypothetically for the next 2-3 seasons Alabama is around 9-11 wins with a couple of playoff appearances. Is he really damaging Alabama's brand at that point ? I still think he was the realistic best coach available at the time and to his credit it takes balls to follow Saban. Just curious
