Osceola is another horrible town in Arkansas. Take your pick of any Arkansas Delta city and it’s the same story.

That's BS. Blytheville is in NE Arkansas on the Missouri line.

Maybe not the trashiest but my favorite name goes to Flippin, AR. When you arrive they greet you with a sign that says, “Welcome to Flippin Arkansas”

Correct—Blythevile is definitely northeast.
Osceola, West Memphis, Pine Bluff and Marianna round out the top five.

Arkansas is very hit or miss. NW Arkansas and Hot Springs are two of my favorite places in the south. Jonesboro isn't awful fit a college town, but the rest should burn. LR is terrible.
