I blame society. We allowed this behavior to get traction and now this is the result. He should be in a mental institution getting counseling.

Could be a bad precedent set if it wins. I'm sure this goes on at most jobs and I don't know how employers are going to constantly police this. I guess some employers might decide it's not worth it and not hire such individuals.
