shite like this is why companies dont want to deal with transgenders. They demand special treatment and get pissy when people dont wish to join them in their delusional thinking.

In my case, I did not demand anything nor did not ask for any special treatment. I told My boss first, then with his blessing, told my team, and then I told HR. HR and I came up with a plan, then I set a date. The end.
There. Actual facts from someone who is trans. I do not, nor have I demanded anyone use certain pronouns. The only thing I’ve asked is to be treated as anyone else in my company would want to be treated.

How do these people even go out in public every day and not get offended? I hear he/him/sir/this man/this guy and thank you Mr. last name when they actually ID me. It could be any level of job, if you pass a customer to another employee, you typically say something like "can you help this guy out".
