FBI- requires a minimum of 3 people being shot at the same location and in a single even, most other organizations require a minimum of 4

Why anyone would want to watch another person commit suicide is utterly baffling to me. If that isn't the surest of signs that you are mentally unstable and likely suffer from a clinical condition then I don't know what is.
